These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Picture Perfect 806website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Picture Perfect 806 LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides school photography ordering and related services. Our address is 5919 50th St,Lubbock, TX 79424.
Orders and Payments
- All sales are final for prints, digital downloads, and touch-up services.
- Prices and products may vary by event and are subject to change.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
- Prepay or cash orders are also final once recorded.
Delivery and Pickup
- Typical print delivery is 2-3 weeks and is delivered to the school.
- Digital items are delivered as soon as they are ready.
- Pickup and distribution are coordinated through the school.
- We are not responsible for items once delivered to the school.
Use of Photos
- Photos and digital downloads are for personal use only.
- Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not permitted without written consent.
Accounts and Access Codes
Access to galleries is provided through picture codes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for any activity under it.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
